“Alhamdulillah …..dengan berbekal alat bukti yang cukup dan dokumen Eigendom Verponding yang asli, kami keluarga dan ahli waris dari Njimas Entjeh Siti Aminah berjuang terus. Kami sudah siap untuk malaksanakan test laboratorium Forensik untuk keaslian semua dokumen yang kami miliki dan kami juga sudah siap untuk melakukan test Deoxyribonucleic Acid (DNA) yang mana DNA ini merupakan rantai molekul yang berisi materi genetik yang khas pada setiap orang,” ucapnya, Jum’at (17/12/2021) siang.
Lanjut pria yang juga mantan Bendahara Induk Koperasi Syirkah Muawanah (Inkoosim) PBNU mengatakan,
Kami sampai saat ini terus berjuang, mulai bersurat ke PT. Rokok Tjap Gudang Garam, Tbk Kediri dan PT. Surya Dhoho Investama (SDHI) tahun 2020 melalui kuasanya aliansi yang diketuai Johnny lubis (Alm) dan apalagi dilokasi Bandara tepatnya di pintu masuk Bandara Dhoho Kediri juga sudah dipasang plang banner ukuran besar dilokasi tanah tersebut, namun tidak ada itikad baik dan respon serta perhatian dari para pihak terkait, dari owner dan pelaksana pembangunan bandara Dhoho kediri.
“Setelah masa berlakunya surat kuasa kepada Aliansi dan meninggalnya Ketum Aliansi melalui “Yanessa” Yayasan Njimas Entjeh Siti Aminah memberikan kuasa khusus kepada salah satu bagian dari waris melanjutkan perjuangan untuk mengurus hak dari tanah dengan sertifikat Eigendom Verponding dengan nomer 4434 -4435 – 4436 – 4437 dengan luasan 582 hektar yang berlokasi di Desa bulusari dan sekitarnya,” terangnya.
“Karena tidak ada tanggapan dan itikad baik dari PT. perusahaan Rokok Tjap Gudang Garam, Tbk Kediri tersebut maka kami akan melaporkan pihak pihak yang telah melakukan Perbuatan Melawan Hukum tersebut yakni menempati memanfaatkan merusak tanah kami tanpa prosedur yang benar, ke Aparat Penegak Hukum di Surabaya. Alhamdulillah kami diterima dengan sangat baik oleh APH di Surabaya, apalagi APH di Surabaya tersebut sudah banyak dan sering sekali menangani kasus yang sama yakni Tanah Eigendom Verponding dan berhasil dengan baik,” tegas Suryadi.
Lanjut pria yang akrab di sapa Gus Yadi menjelaskan, kami dari pihak waris juga sudah mempersiapkan para kuasa hukum yang memiliki izin melakukan proses letigasi di Internasional, dan bahkan jika diperlukan langkah hukum tersebut, kami sudah siap akan lakukan upaya hukum sampai Mahkamah Internasional di Den Haaq Belanda Jika upaya disini tidak ada respon dari pihak terkait. Namun kami masih tetap berharap pada pemerintah yang masih berkuasa mau menengahi dengan mengajak duduk bersama antara kami sebagai keluarga ahli waris dengan para pihak yang “merasa memiliki” dan tetap mengedepankan jalan perundingan, duduk diatas meja dengan wasitnya dari pihak Pemerintah Republik Indonesia. Selain itu kami minta jangan ada ancam mengancam segala, jangan ada yang merasa berkuasa dan seenaknya dia sampai memberi ancaman segala.
“Ini adalah negara hukum… panglima tertinggi di negara kita ini adalah hukum dan konstitusi bukan ancam mengancam,” tegasnya.
