Investigasi.com, Kediri<\/strong> – Dampak dari lahan parkir Rumah Sakit kabupaten Kediri (RSKK) dikelola oleh pihak luar (PT), warga Pare resah dan melaporkan permasalahan ini ke Bupati Kediri, H. Hanindhito Himawan Pramana, S.H. Saat Jum’at Ngopi edisi Sambang Desa di Desa Padangan Kecamatan Kayen Kidul, Jum’at (4\/6\/2021) siang.<\/p>\n

Menurut Syuhri (41) perwakilan warga mengatakan sejak bulan Mei 2020 lahan parkir RSKK (rumah sakit umum daerah Pelem, red) dikelola oleh pihak luar (PT).<\/p>\n

“Sebelum bulan mei 2020 kemarin pengelolaan lahan parkir dikelola oleh warga desa, yang ada pemasukan untuk desa dan pemasukan untuk rumah sakit sendiri, tapi sekarang dikelola oleh pihak luar (PT). Maunya warga desa itu kalau dikelola oleh badan usaha ya bisa oleh BumDes seharusnya, ya intinya biar kekayaan tidak keluar gitu lah mas, “ucapnya.<\/p>\n

Lanjut Syuhri, lha kalau PT itu kontraknya dia yang tidak pernah ditanda tangani oleh pengelola parkir, itu menyatakan bahwa gajinya sebesar Rp 2.080.000,- per orang sebulannya.<\/p>\n

“Tapi kenyataannya pernah menerima hanya Rp 900.000,- sekian sampai Rp 1.500.000,- yang belum pernah menerima diatas itu,” terangnya.<\/p>\n

Dia menambahkan bahwa saat ini yang mengelola lahan parkir adalah PT. CSA (inisial, Red) Sebelumnya gaji sampai Rp 3.000.000,- sebulannya, itu sudah bisa setor ke desa bisa nyumbang ke masjid dan bisa pemasukan ke rumah sakit juga, jadi semacam PAD setempat begitulah. Dulu itu Karang Taruna ada, bapak-bapak ada yang notabennya hanya lulusan SD jadi mereka bisa untuk dipinteri. Adapun jumlah yang pekerja kalau nggak salah ada 25 orang, persisnya saya kurang tahu karena ada tiga shif.<\/p>\n

“Pengelolaan parkir gitu nggak usah PT..PT an lah. Saya takutnya gini..mudah-mudahan tidak terjadi. Apakah ini merupakan kebijakan pribadi atau dari instansi…???, kalau itu merupakan kebijakan dari instansi saya belum pernah melihat suratnya. Kontrakpun juga tidak pernah ditanda tangani oleh yang bersangkutan (para petugas parkir ,red),” tegas Syuhri.<\/p>\n

Sementara itu Bupati Kediri H.Hanindhito Himawan Pramana, S.H saat diminta konfirmasi terkait permasalahan lahan parkir di RSKK mengatakan, akan saya cek dan saya telp ke Kepala rumah sakit.<\/p>\n

“Jadi setelah dari sini akan saya cek.. Kepala rumah sakit akan saya telp dalam hal ini dokter Ibnu bagaimana terkait pengelolaannya, apakah betul itu atas nama pribadi atau atas nama instansi dalam hal ini RSKK. Kalaupun itu atas nama pribadi itu sudah menyalahi wewenang…kalaupun itu atas nama RSKK saya rasa yang harus diuntungkan adalah warga yang ada disekitar rumah sakit tersebut. Yang menjadi persoalan apakah dalam PT tersebut ada ikut kepersetaan pihak tertentu (A..B..C), yang kita lihat adalah yang ada didalam akte tersebut,” ucapnya.<\/p>\n

“Kalaupun itu PT yang keahliannya adalah mengelola parkir seperti Sunparking dan sebagainya saya rasa itu tidak masalah. Kerja sama antara rumah sakit sama PT itu tidak masalah, yang menjadi masalah adalah jika PT tersebut ada sangkut pautnya dengan pihak rumah sakit,” pungkas Mas Bup Dhito. (HD)<\/strong><\/p>\n

He added that currently managing the parking lot is PT. CSA (initials, Red) Previously, the salary was up to Rp. 3,000,000 a month, it could already be deposited in the village, it could be donated to the mosque and it could also go to the hospital, so it’s kind of like a local PAD. There used to be Karang Taruna, there were gentlemen who in fact only graduated from elementary school so they could be mentored. As for the number of workers, if I’m not mistaken there are 25 people, I don’t know exactly because there are three shifts.<\/p>\n

Is this a personal policy or from an agency\u2026???, if it is an agency policy I have never seen the letter. The contract was never signed by the person concerned (the parking attendants, ed),” said Syuhri.<\/p>\n

Meanwhile, the Regent of Kediri, H. Hanindhito Himawan Pramana, S.H., when asked for confirmation regarding the parking problem at the RSKK, said, I will check and I will call the head of the hospital.<\/p>\n

“So after here I’ll check..I will call the head of the hospital, in this case, Dr. Ibnu, how is it related to the management, is it true that it is in the personal name or on behalf of the agency in this case the RSKK. Even if it’s in the name of a person, it’s a violation of authority\u2026 even if it’s in the name of RSKK, I think it is the residents around the hospital who should benefit. The problem is whether the PT is involved in the participation of certain parties (A..B..C), what we see is what is in the deed,” he said.<\/p>\n
