Syarif Ishak Ali Almutahar, S.Sos, M.Si , Ir.H. Syuriansyah dan Yuliana SPd, Jumat pagi (28\/05\/21), tampak mendatangi kantor Polda Kalbar untuk mempertanyakan sejauh mana laporan pengaduan pencemaran nama baik Partai Gerindra dari berita hoax tersebut.<\/p>\n<p>Sebelumnya sempat viral munculnya berita yang menyebut nyebut adanya dugaan korupsi dalam bisnis BBM. Dalam berita tersebut <em>&#8220;menyeret&#8221;<\/em> nama petinggi partai Gerindra Kalbar.<\/p>\n<p>Yuliana usai menemui petugas kepolisian Polda Kalbar, menjawab pertanyaan wartawan membenarkan bahwa pihaknya telah melaporkan seseorang dengan aduan pencemaran nama baik partai.<\/p>\n<p>Menurut Yuliana, pengaduan mereka telah diterima pihak kepolisian, namun , tambahnya, masih dalam tahap proses penyelidikan.<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;Polisi akan minta penjelasan dari ahli bahasa, ahli pidana dan ahli ITE&#8221;, ungkap Yuliana.<\/p>\n<p>Yuliana menambahkan, akan menunggu proses hukum dari kepolisian. &#8220;Sebab kami merasa nama baik partai kami di cemarkan dengan berita hoax,&#8221; ucapnya.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-medium wp-image-545\" src=\"https:\/\/investigasitimes.com\/times\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/05\/IMG-20210529-WA0010-400x250.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"400\" height=\"250\" \/><\/p>\n<p>&#8220;Jangan membawa bawa nama partailah, kalaupun ada laporan atau berita itu adalah perbuatan person bukan perbuatan partai, kami para pengurus dan anggota Gerindra Kalbar tidak terima atas berita hoax tersebut,&#8221; tegasnya.<\/p>\n<p>Ketua partai Gerindra Kalbar, Yuliansyah kepada wartawan yang menghubunginya membenarkan adanya laporan terhadap pembuat berita hoax tersebut.<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;Kami masih menunggu proses hukum dari pihak kepolisian&#8221;, ungkapnya via telpon.<\/p>\n<p>Yuliansyah menekankan, bahwa direktur perusahaan tersebut adalah Beni. &#8220;Jadi tak ada sangkut pautnya dengan saya. Sebab saya hanya sebagai komisaris dari perusahaan tersebut&#8221;, jelasnya lagi.<\/p>\n<p>Dia meyakini persoalan ini sudah berbau politik, sebab sudah membawa bawa nama partai.<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;Saya mengharapkan dengan laporan kepolisi ini, masalahnya biar jelas terang benderang,&#8221; tandasnya. <strong>(Denny
