Sementara posisi Sekretaris ditempati oleh Irfan Ashar dan Bendahara, Herman.<\/p>\n<p>Pemilihan pengurus Gapensi Koltim itu sendiri dilaksanakan pada, Sabtu (27 Juli 2024), di Hotel Horison Kota Kendari.<\/p>\n<p>Sebagai Ketua Risman menyampaikan, berkomitmen meletakkan Gapensi sebagai kiblat sektor konstruksi di Kabupaten Kolaka Timur.<\/p>\n<p>Selain itu, Ia pula berkomitmen untuk memperkuat hubungan antara Gapensi dengan pemerintah daerah serta pemangku kepentingan lainnya. Hal ini bertujuan untuk menciptakan iklim usaha yang kondusif dan berkelanjutan bagi industri konstruksi.<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;Sinergi daripada kita semua merupakan kunci dalam menjawab tantangan industri konstruksi yang semakin kompleks saat ini. Kami siap bermitra, bekerjasama dengan pemerintah daerah Kabupaten Kolaka Timur dalam pembagunan, khususnya di bidang konstruksi. Dan harapan kami ke depan, ada prioritas terhadap pengusaha konstruksi secara khusus pengusaha lokal Kabupaten Kolaka Timur,&#8221; katanya.<\/p>\n<p>Pendidikan maupun pelatihan berkelanjutan juga merupakan salah satu titik fokus utama kepengurusan Gapensi lima tahun ke depan.<\/p>\n<p>Risman mengutarakan, bahwa pentingnya kompetensi dan keterampilan pekerja guna menghadapi dinamika industri kontruksi yang terus berkembang.<\/p>\n<p>Gapensi Kolaka Timur sekiranya dapat menjadi motor penggerak utama dalam menciptakan kualitas dan daya saing konstruksi baik tingkat daerah, bahkan jika perlu
