Bojonegoro<\/strong> &#8211; Ada yang aneh di <span style=\"color: #0000ff;\">pertambangan Pasir<\/span> di <span style=\"color: #0000ff;\">Desa Kliteh<\/span> Kecamatan Malo. Pasalnya, pemilik lahan dilokasi pertambangan tersebut tidak pernah mengizinkan tanahnya untuk diuruskan izin pertambangan, namun telah terbit izin pertambangan dari Kementerian Investasi \/ Badan Koordinasi Penanaman Modal Republik Indonesia.<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;Saya heran dengan munculnya izin di lokasi tanah miliknya. padahal saya tidak merasa ikut menyetujui tanah saya akan di izinkan untuk menjadi lokasi pertambangan, tapi kenapa bisa terbit izinnya,&#8221; ucap WR (inisial, Red) warga Dusun Jati RT 10 Desa Kliteh, Minggu (12\/12\/2021).<\/p>\n<p>Menurutnya, hampir semua pemilik lahan dilokasi pertambangan tidak pernah di mintai <span style=\"color: #0000ff;\">SPPT<\/span>, dan tidak pernah di ajak musyawarah tetapi kok bisa muncul izin, jadi dari mana munculnya izin?.<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;Dampak sosialnya jalan disekitar desa lama kelamaan menjadi <span style=\"color: #0000ff;\">rusak<\/span>, padahal itu jalan poros desa, sehingga siapa yang bertanggungjawab, informasi yang saya terima diduga kepala desa minta jatah per rit,&#8221; terangnya.<\/p>\n<p>Sementara yang baru dieksekusi itu lahan SHM yang dibeli NF (inisial, Red) dari orang Mojodelik, dan sudah lebih dari <span style=\"color: #0000ff;\">3 Mete<\/span>r kedalamannya yang sudah di gali, sedangkan alat beratnya milik CV kurnia pemiliknya NF.<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;Masyarakat yang sebelumnya bekerja mencari pasir di <span style=\"color: #0000ff;\">Bengawan<\/span>, sekarang tidak bisa lagi mencari pasir karena kalah sama yang punya alat, sehingga sekarang jadi <span style=\"color: #0000ff;\">nganggur<\/span>, semua jadi <span style=\"color: #0000ff;\">penonton<\/span>. Kok bisa muncul izinnya padahal dekat dengan Bengawan?,&#8221; ujarnya.<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;Hingga kini belum ada <span style=\"color: #0000ff;\">Perdes<\/span> yang mengatur terkait pemasukan yang diterima desa terkait adanya galian tersebut,&#8221; jelasnya lagi.<\/p>\n<p>Konflik sosial yang muncul, ini tidak melibatkan Pemdes, tapi <span style=\"color: #0000ff;\">Jali<\/span> sendiri. Soal jalan, itu jalan poros yang dibiayai APBN karena dibangun menggunakan dana desa, jangan seenaknya dengan dalih nanti diperbaiki, terus bagaimana pertanggungjawabannya?.<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;Jelas warga sangat terganggu adanya aktivitas tersebut, karena mobilitas truck pengangkut pasir. Apakah nunggu warga marah dulu, baru para aparat bergerak,&#8221; tegasnya lantang.<\/p>\n<p>Yang diuntungkan hanya segelintir orang, tapi warga sangat dirugikan. Kepala desa tidak punya nyali, malah terindikasi juga turut serta menikmati hasilnya.<\/p>\n<p>NF saat dihubungi awak media menampik bila ada hubungan dengan dirinya.<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;Itu bukan alat saya, dan saya tidak tau menahu terkait izinnya,&#8221; jawab NF (12\/12\/2021).<\/p>\n<p>Sedangkan Kepala Desa (Kades) Kliteh, <span style=\"color: #0000ff;\">Jali<\/span> saat dikonfimasi awak media melalui selulernya menerangkan, soal itu saya tidak jauh, saya mengertinya sesudah ada izinnya.<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;Silahkan beroperasi kalau sudah ada izinnya, dan silahkan kalau mau konfirmasi ke PTnya, kalau surat-surat yang punya tanah kelihatannya sudah tanda tangan,&#8221; jawab Kades Jali.<\/p>\n<p>Warga berharap ada bantuan untuk mengawal membuat <span style=\"color: #0000ff;\">Dumas ke Polda Jatim<\/span> hingga ke <span style=\"color: #0000ff;\">Kementerian Investasi \/ Badan Koordinasi Penanaman Modal Republik Indonesia<\/span> terkait izin yang sudah diterbitkan, dan berharap ada keadilan untuk dirinya (Bersambung).<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Investigasitimes.com, Kab.
